Outward
Our desire is to do ministry in a way that brings the message of God’s love to people who have yet to encounter him. As a church family and as individuals, we are passionately committed to Outreach in a way that does not compromise the truth while speaking a language that is in tune with our society.
Jesus, undeterred, went right ahead and gave his charge: "God authorized and commanded me to commission you: Go out and train everyone you meet, far and near, in this way of life, marking them by baptism in the threefold name: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Then instruct them in the practice of all I have commanded you. I'll be with you as you do this, day after day after day, right up to the end of the age." – The Good News according to the Disciple Matthew chapter 28, lines 18-20
“We are not the church trying to reach the culture, but we are the culture trying to become the Church.” – Aaron Holbrough – Teaching Pastor, KCC

Access
We want to be a bridge that brings people into full, balanced, vibrant life in Jesus Christ.
So from now on we regard no one from a worldly point of view. Though we once regarded Christ in this way, we do so no longer. Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come! All this is from God, who reconciled us to himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation: that God was reconciling the world to himself in Christ, not counting men's sins against them. And he has committed to us the message of reconciliation. We are therefore Christ's ambassadors, as though God were making his appeal through us. We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God. God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God. Paul, 1st Century follower of Jesus’ letter to the church in Corinth, 2nd letter, 5th chapter, lines 16-21
30 God alone made it possible for you to be in Christ Jesus. For our benefit God made Christ to be wisdom itself. He is the one who made us acceptable to God. He made us pure and holy, and he gave himself to purchase our freedom. Paul, 1st Century follower of Jesus’ letter to the church in Corinth, 1st letter,1st chapter, line30 (New Living Translation) It is absolutely clear that God has called you to a free life. Just make sure that you don't use this freedom as an excuse to do whatever you want to do and destroy your freedom. Rather, use your freedom to serve one another in love; that's how freedom grows. For everything we know about God's Word is summed up in a single sentence: Love others as you love yourself. That's an act of true freedom. Paul, 1st Century follower of Jesus’ letter to the church in Galatia chapter 5, line 13 (The Message) |

Scripture
Scripture contains all the truth, guidance and foundation for a healthy life, an effective church and eternal reward.
But as for you, continue in what you have learned and have become convinced of, because you know those from whom you learned it, and how from infancy you have known the holy Scriptures, which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith in Christ Jesus. All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. Paul, 1st Century follower of Jesus’ second letter to his apprentice, Timothy, chapter 3, lines 14-16. |

Impact
We aspire to become the church through recognizing our culture, our opportunities and our future and building on what is effective in obtaining the goals of Scripture.
Symbol – Fire
I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow. So neither he who plants nor he who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow. The man who plants and the man who waters have one purpose, and each will be rewarded according to his own labor. For we are God's fellow workers; you are God's field, God's building. By the grace God has given me, I laid a foundation as an expert builder , and someone else is building on it. But each one should be careful how he builds. For no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid, which is Jesus Christ.

Synergy
We operate in teams, and work together in groups. The output of a team will always exceed its individual parts.
Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work:
If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up!
Also, if two lie down together, they will keep warm. But how can one keep warm alone?
Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves.
A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.
– Solomon, King of Israel (approx. 900 B.C.) book entitled Ecclesiastes (the teacher),
chapter 4, lines 9 to 12
Then Jesus went around teaching from village to village.
Calling the Twelve to him, he sent them out two by two and gave them authority over evil spirits.
